Organizational change can occur on a continuous or incremental basis or on a discontinuous basis. The introduction of digital business requires organizations to manage both types of change. The four different forms of organizational change identified by nadler et al. (1995) are: Tuning, Adaptation, Re-orientation and Re-creation. Explain those four points and give example.
