Discussion Post: Communication Skills
Cardon addresses interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence. Everyone should be mindful of the difficulties that are often present when communicating with others, whether family members, friends, co-workers, etc. After studying this chapter, complete the following:
o Describe ways to ensure civility when communicating in the workplace.
o Discuss your interpretation of "soft skills" that employers desire. Research this topic if you are not familiar with it.
o List and explain the four domains of Emotional Intelligence.
