1. It introduces you to the strategic planning team and explains your ethical stance: what rules of conduct you live and work by.
2. It explains what drives and motivates you in your life and work.
3. It explains the components of the first step in strategic planning developing a mission and vision statement.
4. It identifies resources that you have used in preparing this presentation and encourages participants to use them for further reading and study.
