Select a company that uses the Just-In-Time and/or Lean Operations processes. Explain their process in detail. Explain the reasons why they use the processes as well as the advantages and disadvantages. Critique their systems and explain the changes you would make to the processes if necessary. If no changes are needed, explain in detail your rationale.
