Homework: Organizational Change
Directions:
Choose an organization at which you are currently working or a Middle Eastern organization with which you are familiar. (If neither is possible, conduct an internet search to identify an organization, preferably based in the Middle East, which has gone through a transformation process within the last one to two years.) Then, define the following:
i. Provide a brief summary of the organization (its culture, its industry, its product and services).
ii. Explain why a change was needed.
iii. Explain the change that was undertaken.
iv. Identify the outcome of the change in terms of success, failures, cultural outcomes, and human resource changes.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
