Use the problem-definition process outlined in chapter six of your main textbook and begin the process of defining research questions for your dissertation. Remember, this will be a long process and you will probably need to refine and/or redefine your questions over the next several weeks.
For now, you will need to focus on steps one and two;
• Understand the business situation, identify symptoms, and
• Identify key problem(s) from symptoms.
o Explain the business situation and define the symptoms.
o What problems can you identify based on the symptoms?
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
