Assignment:
Select a court case or pending criminal case and explain how one of the Bill of Rights was utilized in the case. For example, you could look at a case involving the death penalty (8th amendment) and say why the 8th amendment is cruel and unusual or why it is not cruel and unusual for that crime. You can choose any amendment that is important to you and discuss that amendment and add course case. You can choose the 1st amendment such as freedom of religion or free of speech. 2nd amendment--right to bear arms....you choose.
Essay question should be at least one to one-half page double spaced 12 inch font essay.
