Identify and describe an innovation that resulted from one of the external development strategies/methods addressed in our readings and videos this week. Explain the benefits of this strategy/method, and comment on what you believe would have been some of the major obstacles/challenges the company would have faced had it decided to develop the innovation internally - on a solo basis
