1) Explain the basic steps in the planning process.
2) Describe the steps in the decision-making process, and predict how the personal attributes of the manager influence decision making.
3) Predict how the steps of the strategic planning process and the environmental factors that influence decision making impact the quality-productivity-profitability link.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
