a) Explain terrorism in terms of foreign policy formation. Why is it difficult? How is it handled, and why?
b) Explain, from beginning to end, how a candidate runs for President. Who helps run the campaign? What do these people do? Add as much detail as possible for the run including the nomination campaign and the general election campaign. Explain how the candidate can win and lose each step of the way.
