By this time, you may have realized that everything we have covered beginning with chapter three can be a source of workplace stress. Given the fact that work-related stress is often (but not always) the cause of workplace dissatisfaction, devise a plan to deal with this issue.
Use a real situation in a real company which has a good deal of stress or use your imagination. Either way, describe one or more stressors and the reason(s) for it/them.
Also, briefly identify one technique for managing stress.
Explain team conflict and stress when working with diverse members. Do you feel teams benefit by having diverse members or does it just cause conflict and slow down the team from getting its work done?
