Problem:
In the strategic plan for Gateway Healthcare systems, different procedures will be used to assess the organization's technological needs. Most of these needs will have a long-term impact on the organization. Other procedures will include the assessment of resources held by the organization. This assessment will show how the company can fulfill technological needs using available resources. Some technological needs will require the organization to use external resources. Thus, there should be some procedures to assess the financial viability of these resources.
