(b) Then, write up to five specific things which the person (your leader) did or said that made you see him or her as a good / great leader?
(c) At last, write up to five specific things which the person didn't do so well.
(II)Explain the Ineffective leader:
(a) First, explain your job. How long had you held this position or engaged in activity? How old were you at time?
(b) Then, write up to five specific things which the person (your leader) did or said that made you see him or her as a POOR leader?
(c) At last, write up to five specific things which the person did well as leader.
