Please help me to understand that as we look around your community, we may see things that we deem unfair or gaps where opportunities exist, and identify these issues as social issues. As a scholar practitioner, how could we identify opportunities for social change and develop plans to effect the change we feel is needed? Explain social change and motivational factors that would be necessary to ensure that social change happens and consider which motivational theory might best support your argument. Which motivational theory might best account for social change, according to the definition?
