1) Identify at least one key learning from your Skills Lab experience. I learned that during intake you let the client do more of the talking and be sure to have good nonverbal and validate their feelings.
2) Explain the skills you showcased during the Skills Lab Intensive experience and what you considered in your response to the scenario you faced in Day 3 Session 3.
I was creative in my responses. I disclose a little about myself properly and was able to redirect conversation back to client effortlessly.

The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
