Facebook, Twitter, and other services deliver personal content in an easy to use, exciting format, but from the perspective of a business these tools can be questionable or harmful. What policies do you think a professional organization such as a hospital should have regarding the use of social networking sites by employees? How often should the compliance department audit for compliance with these policies and why?
