Explain regular day in a life of a spanish mission in texas

Assignment task:

Pretend you are a person who lived in the late 1600s to the mid-1700s; a priest or friar, a Texas Native Indian, a soldiers, etc, man, woman, child. A journal entry as your fictional person who lived inside a Spanish mission explaining a regular day in a life of a Spanish mission in Texas.

Give brief background information about this fictional person (who you are, where you come from, your culture). Explain which mission your character came to and why, and where it is located. If you choose to portray a Native American, the tribe you choose will likely dictate which mission you go to. Give as many details of mission life as you can.  Add images to illustrate your mission, your culture, and your daily life. Do not write on the perspective of a real historical person. You should use at least 3 sources to gather research about the daily life within a mission, and then piece together a fictional person's daily life using the information you learned. The missions you discuss should be real missions, so all the pieces you bring together need to represent the events that truly happened in that location, but your character is fictional.

Make sure to include an introduction, body paragraphs, and a strong conclusion restating the main points discussed. Your discussion must include images to enhance and illustrate your essay. Please do not use personal pronouns (I, me, my), always remain objective. Do not use direct quotes from your sources, and there is no need to cite sources within your work, just list them at the end in a works cited. All sources need to be listed at the end of your essay.
