Reflection Problem
Together, we've traveled down the controversial paths of abortion, dignity in death (euthanasia), vaccination dilemma, genetic editing, etc. Describe a situation that is a visceral trigger for you and one that might interfere with your ability to perform your professional duties. Find one that we have not yet addressed in this class, your textbook has many examples or google "medical dilemmas or medical ethics". Respond to this dilemma in a professional manner without compromising patient care or your own personal integrity.
What is expected for this final journal?
Find a topic that is (or has the potential to be) unsettling or upsetting to you as a medical professional. There are so many!
a) Don't reuse a topic that has already been addressed in this class.
b) Explain a potential scenario you may encounter as a future health care professional dealing with this topic
c) How will you respond to this situation in a professional manner without compromising patient care or your own personal integrity?
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
