The restructuring of an organization has many challenges and in the end we would not even consider beginning the restructuring of an organization unless we had the very real mindset that the re-structuring of the organization would lead to many positive outcomes and advantages as opposed to disadvantages and negative consequences. It is with this in mind that we turn our discussion this week to the Beth Israel Hospital case study from your textbook - Reframing Organizations.
Therefore, our challenge begins.
