In the United States, we have adopted a system that encourages population growth. In contrast, countries like China have used policies like the "One Child" Policy to hinder population growth.

What are some factors that support the position of population restrictions? should the U.S. adopt a policy like China? Why or why not? A central value of our U.S. culture is that of freedom. Would population restriction contrast this?
