Explain Mr. Osborne's lab tests revealed prolonged prothrombin time, slightly depressed sodium and calcium levels, and relatively low serum albumin levels. His lab values also expressed elevated levels of total bilirubin and high levels of all of the liver enzymes tested: aspartate transaminase, lactic acid dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, and alanine transaminase.
