Excel Electronics is nearing completion of three-year project to create and make new pocket Phone-Fax-Internet device (PFI). PFI is no larger than cigarette pack but has all power and features of full sized devices. Assembly line and all production facilities will be finished in six months and first units will start production in seven months. Plant manager thinks it is time to start winding project down.
