It is best if the values are listed in writing so there is no confusion about what is expected of employees. Select a health care organization (Kaiser Permanente) and find its values. Using the criteria listed below, critique the organization's values. Be sure to discuss which ones are present and which ones are missing. Discuss the implications of those that are not listed.
Criteria:
•It should describe an attribute that can be measured.
•It should designate a unit of measurement for that attribute.
•It should specify an exact level of that attribute that is to be achieved.
•It should state a time period by which that level is to be reached.
•It should identify a person who will have primary responsibility for reaching that level within that time period.
