One of the Business Directors at VanMed, Raj, plans to hire a Business Analyst. You have let Raj know that you will have the interview guide ready for him and the panel to use for the interviews. He responds that he already has some questions that he has thought of and he will pull in his Managers, Kiesha or Eric, to interview with him, if they have time.
Instructions
You need to redirect Raj - the Business Director, to conduct the interview process in a legally and ethically compliant manner. Write two paragraphs in which you give Raj evidence-based advice (based on concepts and principles you have learned in this course) on what to do, with attention to Module 5 materials, textbook chapters 5 and 6 (Belcourt et al., 2020).
i. Problem: In the first paragraph, explain to Raj, the legal and ethical consequences of their potential actions, citing-for example-employment legislation.
ii. Recommendations: In the second paragraph, explain why your recommendation to use the interview guide and the panel is beneficial and compliant.
