1) Process performance data for the performance metrics identified in the Pizza Store Layout Simulation.
2) Prepare a 1,200-1,500 word paper in which you consider an alternative to the process.
In your paper, be sure to address how you can apply the learning curve concepts to test the alternative against the existing process. That is, how good is the initial process data?
