3. Review the main principles of effective listening, and select two listening skills that you do well and two listening skills upon which you could improve. Next, create a scenario in which you could implement the improvements that you have selected.
4. It is well known that, at times, public administrators have to make unpopular decisions. From the e-Activity, propose two leadership skills that are required for making difficult decisions in the current political environment. Next, propose two actions that public administrators could use in order to implement an unpopular government policy or decision.
