For this discussion, you will be given a case to analyze. Relate the case with the concepts of Organizational Behavior (Individual behavior, team processes, organizational processes). The case covered many topics related to the Organizational behavior course and you need to highlight the relevant issues and prepare a report for the hypothetical CEO that describes your findings and recommendations by using information from the case of HY Diaries. Also explain key problems in the case and provide suggestion for addressing the problem.
