(1) Explain, in your own words, Kant's Principle of Universalizibility: For example, what is a maxim? What it is for a maxim to be universalizable?
(2) Explain, in your own words, Kant's Principle of Humanity: For example, what is humanity? What is a means, and what is an end? And what it is to treat someone as an end in itself and not as a mcre means?
(3) Explain, in your own words, why Kant's thinks that capital punishment is morally justified? In particular, how is capital punishment compatible with, and even required by, his conception of respecting the dignity of persons?
