A. Create a visual model that clearly shows the healthcare stakeholders. The visual model can be a schematic created by using the "Draw", "SmartArt", "Shapes" or other similar function in word or PowerPoint. You may also create a manual drawing and clearly label each shape that represents a stakeholder (write the names of the stakeholders, such as hospital, patient, Health insurance, accrediting agency, nursing home, etc.). Then, you can take a picture of your drawing and submit it.
B. Explain in writing (typed NOT handwritten) very briefly the various stakeholders you have included and how they interact with other parties you have indicated. For example, in explaining the connection between the hospital and health insurance companies, you may write, "Health insurance pays the hospital for the healthcare services provided to its members"; OR in explaining the connection between health insurance and patients, you may write, "Health insurance collects premiums from its members in exchange for paying certain amounts for specific health services they need.
