For my business policy class we are working as teams to answer these two questions:
1. Please fully describe the benchmarking process (advantages and disadvantages).
2. Explain in detail when and why a firm should employ this process.
Below I have attached a word document with all of the 5 team member's responses to the questions. What I need are these responses consolidated into one single response to these two questions from the whole team using each of our post. Obviously information that is repeated does not need to be included except for the one time. I am just time on time and this is due by tonight.
