Assignment task:
Topic- Hypertension management among Africa in USA
The purpose of this assignment is to establish the need for the project grounded in evidence (both broadly and locally). Students will introduce a well-articulated problem; describe the background, significance, and context of a problem that impacts healthcare outcomes to support the premise of the project using a cause/effect diagram, a root cause analysis, process flow, and SWOT analysis considerations. These tools serve to identify clearly identify the need, will outline the current state of the problem, and identify gaps in practice to be addressed by the project.
