Developing Your personal Language awarenessIn this task,you will focus on different aspects of your social identity.Choose five aspects of social identity from among the following ;where you are from?,Your employment or social role,your relationships,your gendered identity,Your membership in different social networks (e.g. sports,hobbies, online groups), Your age,or aspects of your ethnic identity.
(1)For each aspect of your identity, you will write a real-life example of a way that you speak that signals your identity.The example should take the form of a brief anecdote about how you spoke on one particular occasion,and there could be a focus on word choices,pronunciation,OR sentence structure.
(2) After you present each personal anecdote,you will then analyse your anecdot, and explain how your language illustrate a point that you have read about in the course readings. Provide an in-text citation for the reading that you refer to,and list the full reference in a reference list at the end of the assignment.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
