Which side do you want to work for, management or labor, and why?
• If you choose management, explain how you will justify the current disparity in pay that is so seriously reflected in the upper management compensation.
• If you choose labor, explain how you will ensure labor disputes will not sidetrack the mission to provide the best quality patient care.
• Why do discussions frequently revolve around talk of "sides"? Can attention be returned to serving the patients? How?
