Explain how would you separate a mixture of an amine

Carboxylic acids are acidic enough to dissolve in both 10% NaHCO3 and NaOH. Phenols, ArOH, are weak acids and most phenols will not dissolve in the 10% NaHCO3. Explain how would you separate a mixture of an amine (RNH2), a carboxylic acid (RCOOH), a hydrocarbon (RH) and a phenol (ArOH) using chemically active extraction?
