Explain how utilizing the 5ps strategic leadership model

QUESTION: You do not have to read the book or see the movie, Lone Survivor, to answer the SCENARIO questions.  It is OK if you do read the books or see the movie, but it is not necessary.

SCENARIO: In the book Lone Survivor, Marcus Luttrell (a Navy SEAL) discusses all the training and experiences that Navy Seals go through to become who/what they are. A very small percentage of the people who start the training actually become a SEAL.   He explains how Seals are expected to be mentally, physically, and emotionally tough.  They are expected to be able to trust and respect each other and to always "have each other's back".  They are expected to follow the rules. He also explains that regardless of the circumstances no Seal will be left behind.   The book includes specific details about Operation Redwing and SEAL Team 10.   At one point the (1) rules of engagement (2) what the SEALS had been trained to do militarily and (3) some of the SEALS' personal values conflict with each other -- i.e., (1), (2), and (3) conflict with each other.  As a result of the decision of the team - which complied with (1) and (3) but not (2) - all members of SEAL Team 10 died except Marcus Luttrell.
