Choose 2 different companies, and for each one, choose one employment selection process. Be sure the two employment selection processes you choose are different for the two companies. Do not choose your own company.
Create a 1,000-word paper in which you analyze the two different selection processes and strategies by addressing the following:
• Clearly identify the case examples (i.e. companies) you are using.
• Identify the purpose of each selection process.
