Assignment: Decision-Making
Watch the TedTalk video titled "Are we in control of our own decisions?" by Dan Ariely, and think about the examples of influential decision-making he gives in his presentation. Managers of organizations also face making business decisions and having factors outside of their decision-making process influence the outcome.
