Answer the 2 questions do not miss any requirement
1) You should be able to Identify and describe 3 or more challenges/issues facing today's college students (and/or colleges) in regard to generational distinctives/differences as well as developmental issues.
2) Explain how student development theories can be utilized by administrators to effectively address these concerns/issues/challenges in policy and program decision making. (Utilize at least one theory from each family: Psychosocial, Cognitive-Structural, Moral Development, Identity, and Transitional/Engagement in relation to the challenges.) Remember to address environmental as well as institutional variables that may impact students/administrators and constituents.
