Critical Thinking Option: Stressors of Police Work
For this assignment, you will write an essay that addresses the following:
1. Explain how stressors of police work affect officers' professional and personal life.
2. Discuss what has been done to reduce the effect and help officers cope with stress? You may need to a) do Internet research to determine how officers have adapted their responses, b) research media reports on this issue, and/or c) interview a police officer.
