A. Visit the Amazon or Google website. You may also search You tube videos and other material to help you understand the structure of these organizations. Examine the structure of the organization. Answer the following questions:
1. What are the characteristics of the different structures used to implement differentiation of these companies compared to others in the same industry?
2. Explain how strategy and structure might have a reciprocal relationship within the selected organization.
3. Describe how the structure of the organization might enhance performance of employees.
