Part 1:
Choose the first paper that you wrote in Module 2 (writing project #2) and revise by being mindful of the following:
1. Feedback that I presented to you through podcast
2. The strategies that some of the readings have discussed.
3. Incorporate direct/indirect references from the readings from module 1-3
The purpose of this revision is not to simply "add" more information to your paper. Rather, I'm really wanting you to be mindful of how to make your paper more rhetorically sound. One of the first steps to becoming a better writer is to be more aware of the choices we make as writers. In light of this, I want you to think about what changes/additions/deletions you need to make to this paper to be more appropriate for your audience. Also, think about how to add credibility through either the sources you use or the tone of your paper.
Part 2:
At the end of the paper, include a 300-350 word reflection explaining the choices you made in your revision. Here, I'm looking for you to be very specific as to the changes you made or didn't make and your rationale for those decisions. Tell me exactly what you kept (and why) and/or what you added (and why). Describe to me the changes you made and explain how or why these changes are intended to enhance your argument's effectiveness at moving its audience. At this point, I'm not only wanting you to keep your audience in mind, but additionally, I'm wanting you to think about how to increase your credibility within the audience you're writing for.
