Courts may take different approaches in defining markets or considering other factors to determine if the result of a merger or acquisition is anti or pro competition. Will courts also give consideration to a healthcare or human service organization because of the nature of its business or for its profit or not for profit status when determining if antitrust provisions have been violated?
