Discusison: Espoused Reality vs Actuality
In the first lecture for the week, the idea of espoused reality versus actuality was discussed.
Paper addressing the following elements in your paper:
• Explain how a manager would avoid having espoused reality enter into his or her department.
• Include a discussion on the tools they could use, would department meetings help - be sure to support your position with peer reviewed references.
