The Case
A college counselor for a large university helps students select careers matched to their personalities. She uses computer administered personality tests as the primary source of information. The counselor uses the assessment with all students who seek counseling.

In a 5 to 6 pages paper, addressing the following information:
• Describe your immediate reaction to the scenario. What are the details you immediately noticed? What questions did the scenario raise about testing?
• Identify and explain 3 factors that impact performance on objective tests.
• Identify and discuss 3 reliability and validity concerns with the scenario.
• Identify and explain at least 3 ethical concerns as per the APA Ethical Codes and how you would resolve the concerns.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
