For instance, a business researcher is hired by an industrial manufacturer who is trying to decide what level of lighting and what temperature it should maintain in its stores to maximize productivity of their employees. The managers think that changing the lighting ONLY in the plant will change worker productivity. How could the manager test for this? What would the manager need to keep in mind when studying this?
