Pick ONE environmental law or regulation, explain its history, purpose and goals in detail, and evaluate its successes and failures since enactment. Use subsequent court and legislative events, as well as information from the internet and/or printed literature, to help in your evaluation. Most students pick the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), or the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), but there are a lot more laws and regulations out there.....pick something interesting.

a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
