2) Select and answer any two questions from the "Unleashing Corporate Creativity" reading about an organization that is familiar to you. Answer each question in two or more paragraphs. Explain, describe, and supply specifics to the extent possible (so other students may learn from your observations).
Note: If the information you wish to provide about a given organization is proprietary or extremely sensitive, please disguise it by changing the company name or consider not sharing it.

3) Either confirm their observations (such as relating a similar experience), explain what you learned from their answer, or add additional insight to their answer.
