Q1. Discuss the difference between our system of democratic governance, and the national security apparatus.
Q2. Discuss some of the means by which the national security apparatus might act with the decisive and conclusive force, should our system of democratic governance fail to restrain the power of the working class, or if a direct threat to class power is perceived.
