• Compute process performance metrics (i.e., flaws per unit, rolled throughput yield, the price of poor quality, defects per million opportunities, sigma levels, and process capability indices). Trace process performance measures to influence project decisions.
• Identify and explain communication methods that are used by businesses, such as top-down, bottom-up, and horizontal methods.
• Identify and explain the stages of team evolution (i.e., forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning, and recognition). Recognize and assist in resolving negative dynamics, such as overbearing, dominant/reluctant participants, the unopposed approval of opinions as facts, groupthink, feuding, floundering, the rush to achievement, attribution, discounts, digression, and tangents.
