• Identify and explain the stages of team evolution (i.e., forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning, and recognition). Recognize and assist in resolving negative dynamics, such as overbearing, dominant/reluctant participants, the unopposed approval of opinions as facts, groupthink, feuding, floundering, the rush to achievement, attribution, discounts, digression, and tangents.
