Assignment:
The research paper must be written on a topic related to 20th century Chinese, Russian or International Communism and must advance a thesis. In other words, this is NOT a descriptive essay, but an argumentative essay.
Response should be 2,000 to 2,500 words in length and will be evaluated primarily based on clarity, coherence, and rigor of argument.
All written assignments should be double-spaced, in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins. Book reviews do not have a title page or footnotes/endnotes (include page number in parentheses if you have a direct quotation). Research papers do begin with a title page and include a bibliography and footnotes/endnotes.
Attention:
This is not my first time using HWM. Please do not use a random paper and paraphrase it with nonsense. Also, it is my final essay so it has to be a formal research paper.
2-3 primary resources and 2-3 secondary resources is required.
